Lucky to Have Two Brothers in Texas!

We were with family three nights in a row!

It was lovely.

Always working...

Fixing the pool light.

Yea!  It works (made an adult test the water first)!

Swimming with the cousins.

Homemade vanilla ice cream ~ it was a hit!

Along with all the other food!

Puppies liked the pool, too!

They were also great hosts :)

Ended up in Amarillo.

Drove all day.

Amazing how quickly the temperature and terrain changed!

Most of the day we were in mid to upper 70 degree weather!

A day on 'ole Route 66.

Temps were amazing here!!  Only in the low 80's!

Another bear found Sarah...

Little more wine tasting...  nothing like Sutcliffe!

Hiked all along the south rim.

Nice to see God mentioned at one of his beautiful works of art...

Beautiful day, it was in the low 80's--very refreshing ~ mostly after the hot temps in Vegas!

Nellis AFB and The Thunderbirds

Visited the Thunderbird Museum on Nellis AFB.  Pretty amazing outfit.  They are actually not flying right now due to budget cuts.  We were lucky enough to get a tour of their hanger.  Talk about immaculate!
