Fixed air conditioning - here we come Estes Park, CO!
Our new friends at RV America ~ they squeezed us into their busy schedule and fixed our air conditioning lickity split! Back on the road in no time!
Just so happened that Johnson's Corner the "Home of the World Famous Cinnamon Roll" was just down the road from where we had the RV repaired. Coincidence - I think not! Joe had watched a show on Food Network about this place! Great food and people!

Travel Day ~ June 26
Beginning of Kansas ~ it's a wide state!
It flattens out and there are not many towns after mid state.

Yay ~ mountains!
I think we traveled about 550 miles today. Left St. Louis, MO and ended up north of Denver. Kansas temps were about 100 -- and our dash air conditioner went on the blink :(. Toasty day ~ but still a good day traveling together.

Finally pulling out ~ planned on leaving around noon... a lot more packing than we thought - plus some rainy weather - and of course several equipment malfunctions! Just 7 hours late - not so bad for our family :).
